Welcome to Valerie Desserts. This page describes the terms for requesting and purchasing made-to-order desserts (including bento cakes, cupcakes, and related products) through this website.


1. Placing an order

  1. Submitting the order form is a request only. An order becomes binding only after we confirm availability and details with you (usually via WhatsApp or phone).
  2. We may ask follow-up questions about design, flavors, size/quantity, dietary notes, and pickup date/time.
  3. We may decline requests we cannot fulfill (for example due to capacity, timing, or design limitations).


2. Pricing and payment

  1. Prices are shown in Israeli Shekels (₪), unless stated otherwise.
  2. The final price may depend on customization (design complexity, add-ons, quantity, and timing) and will be confirmed before you approve the order.
  3. Payment method and timing (for example, deposit or full payment) will be agreed during confirmation.


3. Custom, handmade products

  1. Our products are handmade. Colors, decorations, and final appearance may vary slightly from reference photos.
  2. Reference images are for inspiration. Exact replication may not be possible.


4. Allergens and dietary information

Important: Our kitchen may handle common allergens such as dairy, eggs, gluten (wheat) and nuts. Traces of other ingredients may be present.

You are responsible for informing us about relevant allergies or dietary restrictions before confirming the order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.


5. Pickup and responsibility

  1. Pickup is available in Rishon LeZion. Address: Anna Frank 34.
  2. Please arrive on time. If you are late or do not pick up, product quality may be affected. We may not be able to store products for extended periods.
  3. After pickup (or delivery, if separately agreed), you are responsible for proper handling, storage, and transportation.


6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

  1. Because products are made-to-order, changes and cancellations may not be possible close to the agreed pickup time.
  2. If we have already started preparation or purchased special materials, you may be charged for work performed and costs incurred.
  3. If we cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer a reschedule or refund any amounts paid for the affected order.


7. Communication

We may contact you using the details you provided. If you message us via WhatsApp or other platforms, your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
